A native of Buffalo, New York, Dr. Brown began his career early on working in underserved communities there, which shaped his passion for community service and strategic development. With over 30 years of experience working alongside diverse communities, business leaders, and organizations, he has developed a deep expertise in leadership, strategy, and organizational development. Dr. Brown is the founder of Blue Water Network, an initiative designed to help organizations and communities unlock their unique potential and create lasting impact through collaborative efforts and strategic solutions.
